Hertz Gisborne is providing a 15% discount on the base (per day) rental price. The hirer will need to select an insurance option and pay for it separately. If the hired vehicle is a diesel vehicle, the hirer will also need to pay for the Road User Charges as well. A standard refundable fuel bond will apply. Hertz Gisborne is waiving the charges for registering extra driver/s.
For vehicle hiring any time between 10 and 16 March 2025, Hertz will need to know following details at least a month in advance. (This is necessary for Hertz to ensure that they have a vehicle available at the time of pick up)
- Name of the hirer,
- Time and date of pick up and drop off,
- Type of vehicle they need
- Other relevant details such as drivers licence, payment method, etc.
The hirer can email all the details to gisborneairport@hertz.com citing reference of Coastal Restoration Trust Conference March 2025. Hertz’s site manager, Many, will then put the booking into the system and contact the hirer if he needs any more details.
